We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations across our production and delivery pipeline. You’ll be responsible for managing freight bookings, dispatch scheduling, inventory coordination, and liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
Job Description
Coordinate daily dispatches and freight bookings (local and interstate)
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and project managers to ensure timelines are met
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (packing lists, invoices, etc.)
Monitor transport performance and cost efficiency
Receiving, processing, labelling, and storing incoming stock
Operating stock management tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch coordination (manufacturing background preferred)
Forklift license essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Additional Information
Salary: $70,000-80,000 plus super.
