About the Role
As Operations Administrator you will be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while providing crucial support across People Operations and IT functions. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and impactful, covering everything from office administration and facilities management to employee engagement and compliance.
Job Description
Administrative Coordination: Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office through managing supplies, handling mail, booking couriers, and assisting with facilities coordination as needed.
Operations Support: Assist with employee onboarding, maintaining documentation, and supporting the team with admin-related needs to create a seamless employee experience.
IT & Systems Support: Be a point of contact for minor IT or system issues, coordinating with IT support providers to ensure staff have the tools they need.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to SR managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparing basic reports or presentations, and other general admin tasks.
Culture & Engagement Support: Assist in organising internal events, staff recognition, and other activities that contribute to a positive team culture.
Compliance & Records Management: Help maintain business records and compliance documentation, including support for WHS and general policy upkeep.
Qualifications
Organised & Proactive: You’re someone who takes initiative, can juggle multiple tasks, and keeps things running smoothly without needing to be asked twice.
Supportive & People-Focused: You enjoy being the go-to person for help and contribute to a friendly, supportive workplace.
Tech-Comfortable: Confident with common software tools and able to help troubleshoot day-to-day IT or system issues.
Great Communicator: Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
Reliable Problem Solver: You think ahead, adapt to change, and know how to keep the admin wheels turning efficiently.
Additional Information
Salary: $70,000-75,000
