Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our NSW sales team. This senior territory role focuses on specification sales to established key architects and designers in Sydney with regular visits to Newcastle. A Baresque BDM ensures new products are presented thoroughly, and draws from their knowledge of the entire range to problem solve for our clients everyday. .

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. 
  • Ensure new products are presented to key accounts, resource libraries are maintained and project samples are delivered quickly 
  • Collaborate with Designers and Architects, Installers and contractors to ensure the best products are specified for the project 
  • Provide guidance and education to customers on a range of standard and customized interior solutions. 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales support, production, logistics, and finance to achieve common goals. 
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management of projects and customer opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience within the A&D community 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, educate, and guide customers. 
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships. 
  • Passion for architecture and design with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player. 
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Salary $100,000 - $115,000
