Job Description

Baresque, a leading supplier of architectural acoustical solutions for the hospitality, contract furniture, public space-site furniture, commercial, education, and healthcare markets, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team 

We are looking for a passionate individual who can work directly with our customers and interpret architectural intent from construction blueprints (CAD), specifications, and supplemental documentation.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our design team, customer service department, and third-party fabricators to oversee the quality control of finished goods. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are essential.

Position Requirements:

  • Managing and supporting the current client base
  • Managing client information requests
  • Project Management, Quote preparation and Order Management
  • Reading and interpreting details on drawings/plans/elevations
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications
  • Overseeing the quality of components and finished goods from fabrication and assembly partners

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a mid-level Project Management role
  • Experience managing fast-paced projects with national accounts
  • Ability to identify critical data and distill it into business-focused technical recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work effectively and manage risk in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Interpersonal skills include listening and communicating with integrity
  • Managing conflict and using data to drive decisions, even when unpopular
  • Ability to conduct appropriate research as needed
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
