Truckline is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Brendale team. Whether you’re an experienced Parts Interpreter or coming from a mechanical, workshop, or trade background, we offer full support and training to help you succeed.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers get back on the road quickly by identifying the right parts and providing expert advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
Interpreting and sourcing truck and trailer parts
Processing sales, orders, credits, and invoices
Navigating systems and catalogues to find accurate solutions
Supporting warehouse operations including dispatch and stock control
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom
Working closely with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Experience in a Parts Interpreter role or a background in automotive, mechanical, dealership, or trade environments
Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using systems and learning new tools
A team-first attitude with a hands-on approach

Bonus Points For

Automotive retail or workshop experience
Knowledge of truck or heavy vehicle parts
POS or inventory systems experience
Forklift (LF) licence
