Looking for a sales role where you can manage key accounts, win new business and make a real impact?

Truckline is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Caboolture team. You'll manage an established customer base while identifying opportunities to grow sales across transport operators, workshops, fleets and trade customers throughout your territory.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing an established customer portfolio
• Building strong relationships with fleet operators, workshops and transport businesses
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Developing territory and account growth plans
• Conducting regular customer visits and business reviews
• Promoting Truckline's extensive range of truck and trailer parts
• Working closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Negotiating commercial outcomes that benefit both customers and the business

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Territory Sales or an external sales role
• Proven ability to grow sales and develop customer relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
• Experience within transport, trucking, automotive, industrial or related industries highly regarded
