We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing & Promotions Specialist to join our Merchandise team based in Mount Waverley.

This is a critical role within the business, responsible for ensuring pricing accuracy, managing promotional activity, and supporting data-driven decision making across a large and complex product range.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining pricing integrity, executing promotional campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end setup, execution, and maintenance of pricing and promotional activity
• Manage price files, SKU classifications (core, promo, clearance) and ensure data integrity across systems
• Build, test, and deploy promotional campaigns in Pronto (or similar ERP systems)
• Analyse pricing data, range changes, and promotional performance to identify insights and opportunities
• Support short and long-term pricing strategies across the business
• Deliver accurate reporting and insights to the Merchandise team
• Collaborate closely with:
  • Merchandise
  • Inventory & Demand Planning
  • Store Operations & Franchise partners

Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across pricing and systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

 Experience & Skills

• Experience in pricing, promotions, merchandise or data-driven roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
• Experience working with ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded, SAP/Oracle also welcome)
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
