Job Description
If you’re a Graphic Designer from an agency background looking for more ownership, variety, and impact this role offers the best of both worlds.
You will work across multiple brands and campaigns, creating standout creative across digital, print, product launches and events, all within a collaborative in-house team.
This is your chance to move beyond just execution and step into real campaign ownership and creative influence.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing multi-channel campaigns across digital and print
- Owning creative projects from brief to final delivery
- Producing content for:
- Social media
- Websites
- EDMs
- Catalogues & magazines
- Advertising & brand campaigns
- Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns
- Creating visual assets for events and activations
- Collaborating with:
- Marketing teams
- Product teams
- External agencies & suppliers
This is a hands-on, creative role, not just production work.
About You
You’re a passionate, ideas-driven designer who enjoys working across campaigns—not just executing them.
You’ll bring:
- 3–5 years experience in a creative agency or fast-paced environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work
- Experience across:
- Print campaigns
- Product launches
- Multi-channel brand work
- Confidence in:
- Taking a brief
- Presenting creative thinking
- Walking stakeholders through your design process
We’re looking for people who can think creatively, not just follow instructions
Qualifications
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop essential)
- Strong layout, typography, and branding capability
- Experience working across multiple brands or product ranges
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Highly regarded:
- Motion, video, or photography
- CMS or digital content experience
- Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, automation, etc.)
