Company Description

Our company is looking to hire an Independent Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentation of product & services and product demonstration, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also posses good interpersonal skills. 

Previous experience in sales is an advantage.

Job Description

  •  Identifying Prospective Customers & Generating leads
  • Developing Accounts with Clients.
  • Advising Customers on Product Benefits (Serves exiting customers by optimizing current purchase plan, Makes recommendations for the customer)
  • Negotiating Terms of Sales.
  • Following Up with Clients & resolves customer complaints/querries.
  •  Preparing weekly and monthly reports and minimum goals.
  • Understand and promote the company’s program.
  •  Completes market research and monitors competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • HND in Insurance 
  • One to two years experience in Sales on Insurance Products
