Job Description

The role of the Project Manager will be to co-ordinate and manage BwB’s involvement in several international projects. The relevant person will play a crucial role in all projects, orchestrating both internal and external stakeholders. The PM will work closely with Managing Director, Vice President, and analysts, to ensure timely delivery of inputs. We are looking for a highly energetic and committed person, who also has interest in sustainability and finance.

Responsibilities

·       Monitoring the overall progress regarding milestones and deliverables

·       Operationalisation and timing of all activities in the project

·       Develop project plans to monitor and track progress

·       Manage risk process and co-ordinate project documentation

·       Acting as the centre of communication between internal and external stakeholders

·       Coordination and preparation of interim and final reports

·       Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·       Ensure the timely submission of financial reports

·       Shows interest in sustainable finance

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years of experience

·       Experience with the management and co-ordination of projects

·       International experience or exposure to best practices in project management

·       Experience/ knowledge in PM processes and open-source PM tools

·       Experience/ knowledge in principles and techniques of EU projects planning

·       Good communication, writing and networking skills

·       Exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail

·       Ability to cope with tight deadlines

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to work effectively with dynamic and diverse staff

·       High level of resilience

·       Team spirit and the ability to work independently

·       Excellent knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage
