Job Description

Position: Intern - Financial Management Department

As an intern in the Financial Management Department, you will assist in the daily operation of the department.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating financial reports, analyzing significant changes and abnormal data
  • Assist in internal account reconciliation and unpaid debts tracking
  • Assist in reviewing the compliance and completeness of materials like employee reimbursement and supplier payments
  • Assist in formulating, translating and preparing financial documents and reports
  • Assist in asset-liability management
  • Other tasks assigned by the department

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, economics, finance or other related fields.
  • Strong excel skill and knowledge in python will be a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting and economics
  • Fluent in Chinese and English

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented, positive, strong work ethic.
