Job Description

Intern in Transaction Banking Department

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will report to the Head of Transaction Banking Department. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this internship opportunity will allow you to develop strong competence and knowledge in Trade finance and cash management activities.

The Intern will participate in the Bank’s business development of Transaction Banking Department as well as undertaking any other tasks assigned to him/her by the Bank.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Support the Relationship managers to elaborate some marketing activities with a target of corporate customers and FI customers.
  • Participate in the preparation of the documents linked to the terms and conditions for the customers.
  • Support the team in controlling the documents related to the trade finance operations, generating financial analysis report and implementation of post lending management to mitigate market risk or credit risk.
  • Assist in the updates and maintains of accurate business files and summary of relevant business data
  • Assist in handling other tasks assigned by the Head of Department

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business-Related Fields.
  • Fluency in speaking and written English is mandatory, Chinese skill is considered nice-to-have.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated.
  • Excellent in Excel, Word and PPT etc.

Additional Information

Note: Only candidates with a valid internship agreement provided by a university and a valid resident card in the European Union will be considered for this internship position.
