Job Description

As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as: Corporate Banking Associate

Job Purpose

As a Corporate Banking associate, you’re responsible for supporting the Marketing Management & Analysis Team due to the temporary increase of workload which are out of the company’s regular activities.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Take part in the communication and coordination with Head Office and cross-border institutions.
  • Support new policy/procedure initiations and follow up the progress.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business performance analyses for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams to support client acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor key business metrics and support strategic planning activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
  • Support with data accuracy, reporting consistency, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
  • Working experience: 0-3 years
  • Hard skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Language: Written and spoken English is mandatory, and Mandarin is an additional advantage

Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region.
  • Extrovert with good analytical skills for corporate banking business.
  • Committed, confident and determined, effective written and verbal communication skills in multi-language.
