• Collaborate with market and stakeholder teams to refine and advance our technology toolbox 
• Lead efforts to enhance team processes and methodologies 
• Utilize your interpersonal skills to prioritize customer satisfaction and practical business outcomes 
• Influence key decisions and cultivate a network of relationships within our organization

• In-depth experience in software development within the DevSecOps landscape. 
• Specific experience in the automotive industry is essential 
• Proficiency in cloud-based applications (MS Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies 
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, ELK, Slack, IaC, Ops, and Monitoring is beneficial 
• A dedication to ongoing learning and effective performance in both team and independent settings 
• Fluent in English (at least B2 level) 
• EU citizenship/residency is required
