Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand development, commercial event planning, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing execution. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand-building plans that drive growth, profitability, and brand equity. You will also lead commercial events with cross-functional partners from conception to completion, including brief writing, planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events, exceptional project management skills, negotiating, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing, BHUS. This is a full-time position. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes two days in-office.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for commercial events that align with company goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand strategy and positioning
  • Create briefs and manage brand marketing plans, including marketing, promotions, and events
  • Execute brand building strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and on-site management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, Business Management, Finance, and eCommerce, to ensure events align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including venues, vendors, and industry associations
  • Manage the event budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI
  • Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, project plans, and checklists to ensure deadlines are met
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and career development across geographies
  • Oversee our content team and O&O social channels
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management and commercial event planning, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing budgets and external partners
  • Passion for brands and consumer behavior, with a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and trends
  • A team player and collaborator
