Job Description

As eCommerce Site Manager, you will be the primary business lead for one or more of our eCommerce businesses. You will have broad functional responsibilities which span across a wide range of disciplines, including marketing, operations, merchandising, customer service, sourcing, and social media.  Through a deep understanding of the business and our broader company context, you will guide our brand(s) to greater profitability through revenue growth and cost optimization. You will get the chance to oversee multiple projects at once, maintaining a big-picture mindset while paying close attention to details, thinking creatively, and having fun while working!

The eCommerce Site Manager will report to our Director, eCommerce Brand Management.

What You Will Do:

Brand Oversight

  • Be the brand center of excellence for the eCommerce shopper and category/ geography market understanding. Continually optimize our website merchandising to drive conversion in local markets.
  • Conduct business performance analysis, and communicate your findings to the other functions and team members to capture business opportunities. Analyze eCommerce metrics to suggest and enact changes that improve the business.
  • Maintain overall health of the business setting and meeting company goals. Use of robust excel models to determine product prices by considering production and other costs to determine ideal price point to optimize profit.
  • Support managing one or several of our webstores, including product, promotional, content, merchandising and ongoing optimization updates. Ensure website content is accurate, relevant and up to date by defining and coordinating website content improvement projects with Website Operations and Data Management teams.
  • Support strategy execution across brand touch points & designated marketing channels.
  • Recommend short and long term growth opportunities for the European market.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Project Management

  • Oversee small and large scale projects to improve site experience.
  • Engage cross functional partners to complete projects as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  • Undergraduate degree, 2-4  years’ work experience; B2C ecommerce experience preferred, ideally with Hybris experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working on product information management and content management systems
  • French and/or German language skills are preferred
  • Ability to prioritize business initiatives and tasks optimizing impact on the company
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data effectively in decision making
  • Ability to make solid business decisions, even when dealing with limited data
  • Experience in Home Décor industry is helpful
