We are seeking two talented and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our Salon at Ballantynes in Christchurch CBD. There is a full-time and part- time position available where you will deliver exceptional beauty and wellness treatments to our valued customers in a premium retail environment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere whilst providing high-quality beauty services that enhance our customers' experience and drive business success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, skin treatments, waxing, and other therapeutic services to clients.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs, skin concerns, and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Stay informed about new beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with the broader beauty and retail team.

What we're looking for

• Valid qualification or certification in Beauty Therapy from a recognised training provider.
• Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and cosmetic products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
