  • Assisting Floor Supervisors with managing the floor and stepping up to guide the team when needed
  • Helping ensure store standards remain consistently high
  • Supporting daily operational activities to keep the store running smoothly
  • Answering team questions, offering practical solutions and encouraging a positive, effective team environment
  • Assisting with stock management, reporting tasks and general floor coordination

Ongoing development is a central part of this role. You’ll be encouraged to build your skills through:

  • Online learning modules
  • On-floor, hands-on learning
  • Regular coaching and feedback from your management team

As your confidence grows, you’ll begin to take a more active role in people management, including coaching team members, supporting 1:1's and contributing to wider operational needs and responsibilities.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for retail and delivering great customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and practical under pressure
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
  • A growth mind-set and natural interest in supporting others and helping the team succeed
  • A positive attitude to learning, feedback and personal development
