Balans Restaurants, born in 1985 deep in the heart of London, has branched out across the pond with 4 locations now scattered across Miami. Currently with restaurants on Lincoln Road, in Mary Brickell Village, Biscayne Blvd., and Dadeland Mall. We have a global mixture of cuisines, and specialize in weekend brunch.

- Must have a strong leadership background, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must have a passion for hospitality and understand what it means to deliver a great guest experience.
- Extensive restaurant experience; previous restaurant management and/or training experience is a plus
- Must be able to schedule, direct, coordinate and implement policy and procedures, handle guest issues.
- Must be able to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.

- Must be able to perform under pressure and make quick decisions

- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work at other locations if necessary
