What will you be doing? 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across our Data and Technology teams. Based in Kosovo, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile ways of working, improving team performance, removing delivery impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with data, software development, digital transformation, or technology delivery teams, helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for enabling teams to perform at their best. 

Accountabilities and Deliverables: 

Agile Delivery Facilitation 

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. 

• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques. 

• Support teams in maintaining a sustainable delivery pace while achieving sprint commitments. 

• Promote Agile best practices and encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration. 

• Improve the maturity of the teams’ Agile adoption. Improving areas such as estimation, use of DevOps, continuous improvement, collaboration, delivery cadence and agile ceremony participation. 

Delivery Management 

• Build, track and monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics. 

• Identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting delivery performance. 

• Manage teams’ backlogs including backlog refinement, prioritisation, and management with the SVP – Data & Technology and Team Leads. 

• Ensure delivery risks, dependencies, and issues are identified and escalated appropriately. 

• Work closely with technical leads, engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 

• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between teams and business stakeholders. 

• Facilitate discussions that drive alignment, decision-making, and problem resolution. 

• Build strong relationships across Data, Technology, and Business functions. 

Continuous Improvement 

• Drive retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are implemented and tracked. 

• Use delivery insights and team metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation. 

• Support the adoption of Agile tooling and delivery governance standards. 

• Champion a learning culture that promotes innovation and knowledge sharing. 

Team Support & Coaching 

• Mentor team members in Agile practices and self-organisation. 

• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment. 

• Support new starters in understanding team processes and delivery methodologies. 

• Encourage accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving. 

What else looks good for this role: 

• Experience using ERP or finance systems (e.g. Acumatica or similar accounting software).
• Exposure to expenses management systems.
• Experience using online banking portals for supplier payments and payment verification.

Essential Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional. 

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile delivery frameworks. 

• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams. 

• Ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers and dependencies. 

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. 

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. 

• Ability to analyse delivery metrics and use data to drive improvement initiatives. 

Desirable Skills & Experience 

• Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, BI, data governance, data platform, or software development teams. 

• Experience working in a cloud-based technology environment (Azure preferred). 

• Understanding of data lifecycle management, data quality, data integration, or data products. 

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development approaches. 

• Experience working within PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or scaled Agile environments. 

• Professional Agile certifications such as:  

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) 

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 

• Previous experience working within distributed or offshore delivery teams.
