Job Description
Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Enablement & Learning Manager! 🌟
Babble is continuing to invest in the maturity of its Sales and Product Enablement capability as the business scales across multiple technology solutions.
This role will work alongside an existing Sales Enablement Manager, forming a team of two. While both roles sit within Enablement and report into the Product Marketing Director, they have distinct and complementary responsibilities:
· This role owns the learning and enablement lifecycle, identifying enablement needs, designing learning pathways, leading programmes, and ensuring learning drives understanding, confidence, and behaviour change.
· The Sales Enablement Content Manager is responsible for creating, curating, managing, and measuring enablement content within Seismic (e.g. playbooks, one-pagers, pitch decks, assets).
You will define what learning is required, why, and how it should be structured, then work closely with your counterpart and other stakeholders to support execution.
What will you be doing?
This role exists to translate product, technical, and commercial complexity into structured learning and enablement programmes that support sales effectiveness, onboarding, and field readiness.
You are not expected to be a product specialist. Instead, you are a learning and enablement programme expert who can work with subject-matter experts, interpret what matters, and design learning experiences that help customer-facing teams understand solutions, market fit, and customer value.
The focus is on learning design, programme leadership, and adoption, not asset production.
Accountabilities and Deliverables:
You will lead the design and delivery of structured enablement programmes that support onboarding, product readiness, solution understanding, and ongoing capability development.
This includes:
· Designing learning pathways, accreditations, and certifications aligned to business priorities
· Leading enablement discovery with Product, Sales, and Solution leaders to identify learning needs
· Orchestrating stakeholders to support the delivery of learning (content, sessions, assets)
· Owning the rollout and adoption of Seismic Learning, supported by best-in-class enablement technology
Your success will be measured by understanding, adoption, and field confidence, not by volume of content produced.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Enablement Programme Leadership
· Own the end-to-end enablement and learning cycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, reinforcement, and evaluation.
· Design structured onboarding and ongoing learning pathways across products, solutions, and commercial priorities.
· Define accreditation and certification frameworks that support role readiness and progression.
Product & Sales Enablement Partnership
· Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Directors, Solution Specialists, and Sales Leadership to identify enablement needs.
· Translate product and technical input into clear learning objectives and structured programmes.
· Ensure learning supports real customer conversations, sales motions, and market positioning.
Seismic Learning & Enablement Technology
· Lead the implementation and adoption of Seismic Learning, working closely with the Sales Enablement Content Manager.
· Design and manage learning paths, certifications, and assessments within Seismic.
· Leverage Seismic Content, Seismic Learning, and Seismic for Meetings to support programme delivery and measure impact.
· Use enablement data and insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
· Work as part of a two-person enablement team, with clear ownership and collaboration.
· Partner with People & Culture on onboarding workflows and role readiness.
· Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and operate with minimal supervision.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
· Define and track success metrics for learning programmes (e.g. adoption, confidence, time-to-productivity).
· Continuously refine learning approaches based on feedback, performance data, and business priorities.
Core Competencies:
· An experienced learning, sales enablement, or product enablement professional.
· Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping learning programmes without fully defined briefs.
· Commercially aware, with the ability to connect solutions to customer value and sales conversations.
· Confident working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
· An excellent written and verbal communicator in English.
You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you must be comfortable learning enough about Babble’s solutions to design effective enablement around them.
What else looks good for this role:
· Experience in sales enablement, product enablement, technical training, or customer education.
· Proven ability to design structured learning programmes and pathways.
· Hands-on experience with enablement platforms, ideally Seismic but other alternative platforms also helpful.
· Experience using enablement technology to support learning delivery and measure impact.
· Background in B2B technology, SaaS, telecoms, cloud, cyber, or managed services is strongly preferred.
What This Role Is Not
To set clear expectations, this role is not:
· A content production role (e.g. creating playbooks, decks, or one-pagers)
· A product specialist or technical expert position
· A reactive, order-taking enablement role
· A generalist HR or soft-skills learning role
This role requires proactivity, judgement, and leadership in shaping enablement direction.
Qualifications
- 5 years telecoms and sales enablement industry experience
- Nice to have – CIPD / Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development or Organisational Learning and Development
