What will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly organised and results driven Project Manager to deliver Babble solutions to our customer base. Projects will include the deployment of a variety of technical products, including UCAAS/Unified Comms, Contact Centre, IT/Modern Workplace, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.
You will work closely with our partners and internal teams to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals, following a defined project management framework methodology to meet our customer demands within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Accountabilities and Deliverables:
Work on multiple projects simultaneously with support from our internal teams.
Liaising with third party partners and suppliers ensuring that all orders are validated and correct.
Placing orders via partner vendor portals and by email and monitoring through to completion.
Work closely with the engineers ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.
Attend customer calls, customer video conferences and remotely manage on-site deployments, where required.
Adhere to and apply required PM methodology.
Project planning and tracking - including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
Track and maintain RAID log applicable to projects.
Create SOW, Risk/RAID logs, and other PM documentation
Escalate issues to Project Manager Team Leader or Solution Delivery Director where appropriate.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure effective and efficient realisation of the projects.
Ensure project documentation is created, current, and appropriately stored.
Update internal systems, e.g., CRM (Salesforce) and provide reports to management as requested.

Qualifications
Essential:
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in Tech/Comms space.
Qualification in Prince2 Project Management, Agile or similar.
Experience in coordinating work which includes multiple elements to meet a pre-set deadline (order processing, provisioning or similar).
Experience in managing customer expectations and where necessary, deliver undesirable news in a positive and constructive manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Project Management.
Experience running a project across the full lifecycle.
Knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools.
Desirable:
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Monday.com
Working knowledge of Five9 (Contact and CX), IVR, Call Centre practices, and CRM integrations is advantageous.

Home-Working Policy
- Your location will be home based, and you will require stable internet connection.
- It will be your responsibility to have a solution in place to mitigate loadshedding to ensure you are able to work your normal shifts effectively, working from a public space is not deemed a acceptable solution.
- As a home worker we expect you to have a suitable work set up, desk and a chair in a quiet space.
