Company Description

The BY YOUR SIDE Manager – ABA Development is responsible for providing comprehensive ABA Therapy for BY YOUR SIDE clients’, while helping lead the ABA Therapy Department.

The Manager – ABA Development is responsible to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, have the ability to read, analyze and responds to inquiries or complaints from clients and effectively presents information to top management.

Job Description

  • Develop processes for standardizing clinical procedures (e.g., weekly clinical overlaps; monthly parent/team meetings; quarterly CEU attendance; semi-annual assessments, etc.) to ensure advancement of skills within BCBA team.
  • Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of direct therapy, treatment planning, consultations, and coaching per week, while maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for direct patient care provided.
  • Ensure completion and quality of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports and progress reports.
  • Supervise center ABA Therapy Team in collaboration with Director – ABA Development.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and training schedules for new staff.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
  • Must be a BACB certified Board Certified Behavioral Analysis.
  • Completion of 8-hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards and completion of Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience conducting ABA Therapy working with children with autism.
  • CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
  • Completion of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports and progress reports.
