The BY YOUR SIDE ABA Therapy Center Lead is a BCBA responsible for providing comprehensive ABA Therapy for BY YOUR SIDE clients while helping lead the ABA Therapy Department.

Must be a BACB certified Board Certified Behavioral Analysis

-Responsible for a small caseload of clients 
-Supervision of all BCBAs and ABA Therapy team
-Responisble for interviewing and hiring of ABA Therapists

Must be a BACB certified Board Certified Behavioral Analysis with a minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism. Completion of 8-hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards and completion of Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training. CPR/First Aid Certified
