Job Description
Application Support / Technical Support with Banking Expereince
Following are the responsibilities of NPE banking application / systems support:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Listening ability and patience
- Very good customer service and relationship management
- Manage non production environment (NPE)
- Monitor NPE environment performance
- Monitor banking application performance
- Operation of banking applications (5- 10 apps)
- Create and execute applications test cases
- Execute and report SIT/UAT results if needed
- Arrange/execute projects SIT and UAT deployments
- Schedule projects SIT and UAT time slots
- Identify NPE dependencies and resolve conflicts
- Review/update projects implementation schedule
- Identify and resolve banking application issues
- Cooperate with OS, DB, hardware, and network administrators to resolve application issues.
- Manage testers and users’ expectations during SIT and UAT
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
