Job Description

Application Support / Technical Support with Banking Expereince 

 

Following are the responsibilities of NPE banking application / systems support:

 

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Excellent Listening ability and patience
  3. Very good customer service and relationship management
  4. Manage non production environment (NPE)
  5. Monitor NPE environment performance 
  6. Monitor banking application performance
  7. Operation of banking applications (5- 10 apps)
  8. Create and execute applications test cases
  9. Execute and report SIT/UAT results if needed
  10. Arrange/execute projects SIT and UAT deployments
  11. Schedule projects SIT and UAT time slots
  12. Identify NPE dependencies and resolve conflicts
  13. Review/update projects implementation schedule 
  14. Identify and resolve banking application issues
  15. Cooperate with OS, DB, hardware, and network administrators to resolve application issues. 
  16. Manage testers and users’ expectations during SIT and UAT

 

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
