Reach your full potential as a Courier Schiphol Airport

As a Courier, your job is to deliver products from the B&S Crew Shop to planes. You pack the orders, drive in your car across the tarmac to each plane and hand over the goods. Your customer service skills and attention to detail make you an ambassador of our retail store. Besides delivering goods on time, you also help organise incoming shipments in the warehouse.

This is you

You perform well under pressure and enjoy working towards a goal. Furthermore, you are socially skilled and enjoy working in a routine. You like to be on the road and are driven to deliver all the products on time and correctly.

You

• Are willing to work in differing shifts between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. and on weekends. You are available for more hours during the holidays
• Are available at least 24 hours a week
• Have gained some courier or warehouse experience (advantage)
• Are in possession of driving license B
• Have no issues with applying for a Declaration of No Objection (VGB)
• Have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language

We offer you

• B&S Crewshop is an Airport store at Schiphol where the crew of all airlines makes their purchases. The B&S Crewshop offers a choice from a very extensive range of A-brands in the field of luxury goods, perfumes and drinks. The store is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, exclusively for the aviation crew.
• An hourly wage of €14,06 (18+) plus allowances and any commissions
• Irregularity bonus for working in the morning or evening (7.5% over your entire 
  shift if you start before 7 a.m. or are still working after 7 p.m.). For working on Sundays, you receive a 50% allowance. For holidays this is 100%. In addition, on public holidays, you will also receive the actual hours worked as vacation hours added to your leave balance;
• Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometer with a maximum of €215 net per month
• The ability to earn commissions for your sales results
• 25 vacation days per calendar year for full-time employment
• 8% holiday pay
• From the age of 18 you participate in the pension scheme which is part of the Detailhandel pension fund, whereby the employer will pay ± 2/3 part of the premium
• Discounts (can be up to 20%) at various shops at Schiphol, such as Rituals, AKO or La Place
• The opportunity to buy products from our stores at a discounted rate twice a year during the staff sales
