Job Description

This role has been introduced to support and deliver BPCM EV charging across OEM dealerships throughout the UK. Specifically, this role will develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Qualify any new inbound leads and process accordingly · Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts · Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion · Communicates client needs and demands to the OEM team · Forecasts and tracks client account metrics · Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals · Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service · Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and targets · Keep records of client transactions · Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) · Prepare reports on account status · Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory · Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.  UK wide remit · Over 1,000 dealerships.






Electrical installation knowledge · OEM / Dealership experience · Account management / sales experience · Analytical IT reporting skills, especially word, excel, office etc. · Knowledge of the Electric Vehicles, Automotive, Transport, and Energy markets, low · carbon transition and Climate Change, Engineering / electrical qualifications useful
