We are looking for a Product Application Specialist with the following experience:

• High level of experience with TMW Systems software, including TMW Suite and TMW Operations
• Experience in customizing TMW Suite and TMW Operations user interfaces, workflows and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in support, software services, and/or system administration
• Skilled in SQL database programming, installation and maintenance
• Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems
• Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience using and troubleshooting SQL, XML, HTML, Scripting
• Experience in critical issue handling;
• Technology driven;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze IT and user requirements
• Experience troubleshooting systems
• Experience in transportation industry
