Part Time Project Administrator
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a friendly, progressive company based in the heart of Birmingham. We are one of the premier BIM 3D modelling specialists, producing installation and fabrication drawings on major building services projects all over the country. Due to growth and the increase of workload, we are looking for an administrator to support for our Project Managers with the documentation on their projects.
Essential requirements:
- We are seeking someone who has previous experience as an administrator – min 18 month
- Must be organised
- Has exceptional attention to detail – high accuracy level
- Can multitask across different projects with differing requirements
- Possess excellent IT skills - Excel and Access Database Primarily, but also MS Office
- Will be flexible and adaptable to the variety of work that will come their way
- We are ideally looking for someone who can work 11am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Desirable:
- Experience working in the construction sector
Some aspects of the role will include:
- Provide a variety of administration support to our Project Managers
- Checking and informing Project Managers of information changes
- Accurately organising and maintaining project files/document
- Photocopying, scanning, stamping and issuing drawings
- Supporting Directors with tendering documents
