Job Description

We are currently looking for an Account Manager based in Minnesota. In this position you will be responsible for sales goal attainment within a prescribed geographic territory which includes the Minnesota, North Dakota, North Wisconsin, and South Dakota territory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

◾Representing Biolase within geographic territory and servicing existing customers

◾Traveling throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, and communicating with customers in person or by phone

◾Generating and following-up on sales leads

◾Consulting with customers and demonstrating products

◾Quoting prices and credit terms and preparing sales contracts for orders obtained

◾Estimating date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedule

◾Entering new customer data and other sales data for current customers into database

◾Attending and staffing trade shows as appropriate

◾Holding a minimum of two sales seminars per month

◾Completing company expense reports and sales reporting forms as directed

◾Working within a team to achieve Biolase goals

◾Representing Biolase in a professional and responsible manner at all times

◾Completing customer order forms and documents as necessary

◾Following sales process through delivery and installation of units

◾Investigating and resolving customer challenges

◾Training new customers on laser use


We are seeking a high-energy sales professional with high quality standards and at least 5 years of demonstrated strong sales experience. Capital equipment and dental and/or medical device sales background strongly preferred.
