The BIOLASE Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for the creation, maintenance and messaging for the BIOLASE customer base. Success will be defined by the individual’s ability to be strategic, focused, analytical, insightful, and tactically skillful and results oriented and to be able to work effectively with others to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expectations.
The Marketing Manager will manage all aspects of communication, building relationships and improving the company’s current relationships and growing business with this group. Core activities will include product promotion, sales support, and coordination of communication among departments within the organization. This individual is expected to take a leadership role in supporting both internal and external customer communications, including digital/social/SEO channels. In addition, the Marketing Manager will assist in launching marketing campaigns and communications to support the growth of various BIOLASE products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drive customer loyalty and demand for BIOLASE products and solutions, manage expenses and grow ROI with assigned customer groups and product lines
Create customer communication opportunities to improve customer experience/loyalty and drive demand within targeted segments.
Understand competitive framework, market share and penetration projections, pricing considerations, etc.
Develop and design process to assess customer satisfaction, attitudes and preference for BIOLASE products and services
Work with senior management to develop and maintain customer experience & relationship roadmaps
Effectively leverage digital/social channels to drive and enhance customer messaging
Create a process and infrastructure to continuously monitor and analyze effectiveness of communications and overall impact on business
Establish relationships with key customers to promote products in the field and to continuously improve product performance
Support customer events such as trade shows, product demonstrations, seminars, etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/communications. Demonstrable track record of successful marketing and communication campaigns. Experience in customer relationship marketing/campaigns. Experience managing social media platforms and using digital/social tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Google AdWords). Dental experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications. Master’s degree a plus.
