Job Description

Our future NAM Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for our Global Supply & Deliver organization to manage Supply Chain projects, with a regional or global scope. 

They will work with our Subject-Matter-Experts and key stakeholders to improve our current processes and develop new capabilities.

This role reports to our Global Supply & Deliver PMO and dotted line to our Sr. Director of Supply & Deliver NAM. 

This person will have to: 

  • Lead complex operational implementations through change management
  • Demonstrate excellent level of communication, influence and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership regarding project management and project team members engagement
  • Be creative and open minded to find innovative ways of solving/anticipating problems
  • Leverage their strong Supply Chain background and process improvement experience to challenge current ways of working
  • Report to our regional and global top management project status and update
  • Set timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of project

Main Responsibilities/Tasks: 

  • Be the point of contact in NAM Supply & Deliver organization for key projects and transformation programs
  • Builds and manages project teams built from internal and third parties’ resources 
  • Contribute to identify/collect, scope, filter/prioritize and then pilot/implement Supply Chain initiatives that deliver the most profitable returns on investment, in line with our Supply Chain strategy and roadmap 
  • Define project plan according to project objectives defined in collaboration with sponsors and all stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate activities between functional groups including but not limited to Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistic Operations, Supply Planning, IT, Commercial, Quality, Procurement
  • Maintain project trackers & reporting
  • Manage projects and deliver solutions on time, on budget and on scope, while respecting quality standards
  • Provide direction and clearly communicate deliverables to cross-functional team members/stakeholders internally & externally
  • Proactively manage all key milestones of development and execution to ensure deliverables are met
  • Understand and execute our Supply Chain strategy and roadmap
  • Use our Supply Chain tools and reports to identify and benchmark, KPI’s and results

  • Project Delivery of designated projects on time with estimated impact 
  • Commitment Delivery Rate (CDR): Nb of milestones delivered on time / total nb of committed milestones 


  • Bachelor degree required; preferably in Supply Chain
  • Project Management qualification (PMP certification) preferred
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Project Management experience
  • Strong Supply Chain knowledge within the US market, specifically on order management, retail customer base, logistics, demand planning, supply planning and manufacturing processes
  • Strong Change Management skills
  • Experience with Latin America region a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional Business Acumen
  • Experience on IT solutions deployment for multi-site projects, experience with JD Edwards (Oracle) is a plus
