About the role

We seek a highly skilled HR Business Partner, a fluent English speaker, to support our Trading and Business Development departments in delivering a first-class employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive human resource agenda for the assigned department. Main area of responsibilities: onboarding, adaptation, performance and development management, exit management; 
  • Contribute to line management capabilities growth;
  • Drive the alignment and execution of the human strategies and plan the process to find, develop, retain employees and enhance their contribution to the business strategy and needs;
  • Provide consultancy, assistance, and follow-up on corporate HR policies, processes, and practice;
  • Support day-to-day HR issues arising in the departments, including ad-hoc employment, employee relations, training and development, employee retention, and others;
  • Contribution to different HR projects;
  • Continuously support employee engagement and promote the BHFT culture and ways of working.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in HR, minimum 3 years of work as an HR Business Partner in a tech environment (including 300+ employees organizations); 
  • Fluent English speaker
  • The people-first approach is about you
  • Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities across the entire employee lifecycle;
  • Experience in serving as an HR BP in a remote-first company;
  • An ability to translate complex business issues into HR implications, analyze data, and provide consultancy when needed; 
  • Strong partnership skills, ability to interact effectively with internal clients;
  • Excellent coaching skills;
  • Proactivity with a responsible attitude to work and respect for colleagues; 
  • Eagerness for a fast-paced environment;
  • Understanding of how to establish relationships with C-level executives;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
