Job Description

We are seeking a Tax & Finance Manager with experience in international taxation, financial planning, and accounting within multinational environments. This role will support the group’s tax, finance, and accounting functions across multiple jurisdictions, including the USA, UAE, India, China, Hong Kong.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across tax and finance topics: from supporting tax compliance and structuring initiatives to participating in budgeting processes and financial analysis. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, business teams  and external advisors to help ensure that tax, accounting, and financial processes are well-aligned and effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Compliance and Support: Support tax compliance across key jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding taxes. Coordinate with local accounting teams and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings. Assist in preparation of tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Tax Structuring & Business Model Design: Support structuring initiatives by analyzing tax implications of different operating models and business activities. Assist in evaluating tax considerations for new markets, strategies or changes in group structure. Contribute to identifying tax risks and opportunities and support implementation of practical, compliant solutions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes across group entities. Support preparation and consolidation of budgets across budget holders and assist with plan vs. actual analysis on a monthly basis. Work closely with budget holders.
  • Management Accounting: Support management reporting, including analysis of costs, and financial performance across profit centers (traders and strategies). Assist in maintaining and improving cost allocation and internal reporting processes.
  • Accounting & IFRS Support: Support financial reporting processes. Support month-end and year-end closing processes where required.
  • Finance Operations & Systems: Assist in improving financial and tax-related data flows. Support implementation and use of financial systems (ERP – Odoo) from both finance and tax perspectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, or finance within multinational companies.

  • Good understanding of IFRS and financial reporting processes.

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and plan vs. actual analysis.

  • Exposure to management accounting, including cost analysis and internal reporting.

  • Working knowledge of international tax principles (corporate tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, transfer pricing basics).

  • Experience working with multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.

  • Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, or external accounting providers is preferred.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) are beneficial.
