Job Description
We are seeking an IT Administrator to support the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT environment. The role will provide hands-on support across IT infrastructure, service desk operations, cybersecurity, IT projects, asset management, local ERP administration, and operational documentation to ensure reliable and secure IT services for internal users.
- Provide day-to-day IT service desk support to internal users, including troubleshooting computers, laptops, networks, office applications, equipment, BYOD devices, door access system and other ad-hoc IT requests.
- Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, networks, and server room infrastructure, including equipment racks, UPS, FM200 fire suppression system, air-conditioning, and other related facility support systems.
- Support IT asset management life cycle activities, including acquisition, registration, tracking, maintenance, refresh planning, and disposal coordination.
- Support local IT project implementation, including coordination, testing, deployment, user support, and post-implementation follow-up.
- Support IT security controls to protect company systems and data, while ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Perform IT onboarding and offboarding support, including device setup, account coordination, access support, and equipment for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT operational documentation, including procedures, user guides, inventory records, and support information.
- Support local ERP service requests including user account maintenance and first-level support when required.
- Support AI adoption initiatives through user enablement, training coordination, and guidance as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows environments, and Office 365 applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (MFA, Intune, MDM etc..) and ITSM tool.
- Experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, SharePoint, VMware ESXi, or uniFLOW will be an advantage.
- Able to support after normal working hours when required, including urgent technical issues, or critical weekend duties.
- Certification (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+
