We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to the performance and efficiency of the airport's BHS. The role involves working closely with operations, maintenance and IT teams to ensure that data-driven insights are used to optimize system performance, enhance baggage processing times, and improve overall passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data generated by the Baggage Handling System or the Material handling System.
• Monitor system performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into system operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions for optimizing baggage flow and reducing processing times.
• Conduct root cause analysis of system failures or inefficiencies and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support the IT and operations teams in integrating new technologies or upgrades into the BHS.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities.
• Participate in regular performance reviews and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to airport operations and baggage handling systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or airport operations industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with BHS or similar automated systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with airport operations and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma.
