Welcome to our Product Engineering team
To further expand and strengthen our team in Product Engineering we are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate product engineering project team throughout the process and ensure that project deliverables are delivered according to schedule, quality, and budget.

As our new Project Manager, you become part of the Product Engineering team reporting to the Product Engineering Manager. In the Product Engineering team, we develop, optimize, and maintain products for our airport baggage handling systems. You will join app. 60 creative and highly skilled colleagues in Airport Engineering, with whom you create the solutions of tomorrow. The projects in Airport Engineering have a global footprint, where we have international customers, and we cooperate with colleagues and stakeholders all around the world. 

Managing your projects
You will be responsible for the daily planning and execution of projects in close cooperation with different stakeholders across the organization, this including project management of the complete system solution, production, etc. You achieve this through a strong overview of your projects, close interaction, and clear agreements/communication with your stakeholders across the organization.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and execution of projects ensuring that project deliverables are delivered according to schedule, quality, and budget
• Support estimation of task and cost to complete on active projects in our monthly resource planning together with the Team Manager
• Tracking progress and managing project scopes
• Participating in specifications and reviews

A technical background with a passion for project management
Most likely you have a technical background with a degree in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering or you have experience with project management from a similar position. You have a proactive outlook, enjoy new challenges, and are orientated to drive projects and processes and meet deadlines. You have experience navigating in a complete stakeholder landscape and can analyse and understand complex structures and systems and use excellent communications skills when presenting this. Furthermore, you are required to be fluent in oral and written English.

Moreover, you:

• Either have a technical background with a degree in i.e., mechanical, electrical or automation engineering with an interest in Project Management or you are an experienced Project Manager with a solid technical understanding and experience from a similar position, preferably from international system integration projects 
• Are a quick learner, who easily gets an overview of complex systems
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills as well as technical understanding to be able to guide your decisions and recommendations
• Are a great facilitator with focus on dialogue as well as people skills with focus on leading and developing project teams
• Are preferably fluent in oral and written Danish
• Are willing to travel
