Then grab this opportunity to support our Project and Sales Managers in their global efforts to deliver baggage handling systems to airports worldwide.

Support project managers, sales managers and customers across the globe
As a Project Coordinator in our Airport division, it is your job to support project teams progress through planning and coordination of project activities. You will handle communication tasks towards both internal and external stakeholders as you:

  • Handle and manage internal and external documents, including proofreading and linguistic sparring in English, ensuring high quality in our quotations and project documents
  • Play a central role in our project teams, coordinate and participate in project meetings, providing support in handling gate passages, issue logs, etc.
  • Coordinate the compilation and submission of proposals for new projects during the sales phase
  • Coordinate the document submittal process to our customers in the sales as well as project design phases
  • Handle the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of SharePoint project portals to ensure the optimal use of the portal tools
  • Assist with communication plans for the project and with administrative tasks such as requirement matrices, progress reports, meeting minutes, official letters, etc.

Play a key role in large-scale projects
Stepping into a busy workday in Aarhus, you can look forward to becoming an active part of large-scale projects. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams, interacting with team members ranging wide in nationalities and allowing you to network with colleagues across the globe.

Strong language and communication skills
You will operate in large, complex and concurrent projects, where you cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders across the organisation. You are robust, structured, and flexible; you have a keen cultural awareness and enjoy having a dynamic workday where you put your great communication and collaboration skills to use. Furthermore, you:

  • Have a relevant linguistic background, for example a BA or an MA in English and/or international business communication, or similar; additional languages as Danish, German or French are a bonus, but not a requirement.
  • Preferably have a couple of years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably from a global technical project organisation 
  • Are flexible and understand how to multitask and prioritise your tasks
  • Are proactive and constructive in your approach to your assignments and in your teamwork with stakeholders of different cultures and personalities
  • Know your way around IT systems.
