• Manage and prioritize tasks and risks.
• Should be available 24/7 apart from the duty timing for the emergency requirement.
• Should be active and ready for the IT tasks and doesn't hesitate to work in any level of IT work.
• Performing Preventive Maintenance and updating it in Maximo.
• Monitor Daily backups and evaluate and validate backups.
• Installing, upgrading, Patching operating systems. Applications, Hardware Firmware.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Cisco Switches configurations upon requirement, VM and health Check and other IT related tasks.
• Migration for 1 DC to another DC.
• Respond within SLAs to reported requests and incidents.
• Provide support including technical guidelines shared within the Function.
• Providing technical support and helping to resolve incidents & problems
• Check all documents for quality assurance prior to submission.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience within the industry of IT, Networks, storages or relevant.
• Cisco Routing & Switching. Hands on experience on Cisco Switches and ASA/FTD Firewalls.
• CCNA, ITIL and or VMware Certifications Required.
• Infrastructure experience on VMware ESXi, Hyper-V & Windows.
• Understanding of WAN/LAN/SAN constraints related to centralized storage in virtualized environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of storage deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
• Familiarity of Backup & Archiving Solutions including Commvault and Veeam.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP servers etc.
• Experience with Disaster Recover solutions.
• Resolve technical hardware, software, and Network issues.
• Have excellent communication skills and ability.
• Capable of self-managing and prioritizing tasks.
• Thrives in an international environment and can build good relationships with team members.
