Do you want to play a central role in delivering our baggage handling systems to airports all around the world?

Then take this opportunity to become Test Manager for global airport projects. You will have a key role in ensuring that our state-of-the-art baggage handling systems are handed over to our customers in the quality that they expect. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams and interacting with team members ranging wide in nationalities.

Ensuring the quality of our systems
With your home base in Aarhus, you will be involved from the beginning of our projects. You will be an active member of the project management team of the project that you are working for, and from the very beginning of the project your focus will be on quality, validation of requirements, and commissioning strategy. Furthermore, you will be involved in decisions on how and when mechanical, electrical and software components will be tested.

You will:

  • Create an overall Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the project
  • Decide on a commissioning strategy
  • Work together with the Project Manager and the Technical Project Manager on risk management, to ensure that the right balance is found with regard to what to test
  • Contribute to the schedule, budget, resource plan and site management plan
  • Review test cases from all internal stakeholders as well as from suppliers
  • Organise Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), both on emulators and on physical test loops
  • Lead the test and validation process on sites where we commission our systems
  • Communicate with our clients regarding the progress of testing
  • Perform acceptance testing together with the people from the airport
  • Lead the process of requirement management
  • Work in our head office but also on site at the place of installation, for a longer period.


Project management skills
We see a Test Manager as a Project Manager with focus on testing, validation, and quality. You will operate in large and complex projects, where you cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders across the organisation. You are robust, structured, and flexible; you have a keen cultural awareness and enjoy having a dynamic workday where you put your great collaboration skills to use. Furthermore, you:

  • See yourself as a Project Manager or you have the ambition to go in that direction
  • Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing (English)
  • Enjoy working in other countries for longer periods of time
  • Understand software development processes
  • Know how to multitask and prioritise your tasks
  • Are proactive and constructive in your approach to your assignments and in your teamwork with stakeholders from different cultures and with different personalities
  • Know your way around IT systems.

We will of course train you in our products and processes as well as in our test and commissioning strategies.
