Job Description

Would you like to be part of delivering complex software solutions for baggage handling systems and logistic systems for some of the biggest customers across the globe?

You will join our SCADA team in our Customer Support software department, where we deliver visuals to for all units in our customer systems to track potential issues as well as live status. 

In the SCADA team we cover a wide range of technologies such as FactoryLink, Silverlight and BGFusion. Across the department we have a significant focus on close collaboration, knowledge-sharing and personal development. We are highly focused on creating a strong social environment in order to create the best results together as a team.

We work with a lot of different and interesting tasks across the department, and some of things you will be involved in could include:

  • Migration of older versions to the newest version including analysis, planning and execution
  • Further development of the motor behind the migration
  • Build and optimise documentation to enable stronger knowledge-sharing across the department
  • Support on ongoing projects

You will also play a big part in the tasks and projects you will be working on, and we encourage you to be pro-active about the technologies and tasks that interest you.

Gain valuable experience in an open, motivating and software specialist environment.
You will be part of the team on equal terms with the rest of your colleagues and as such be involved in the development process.

You will be assigned a dedicated mentor, who will ensure you have the support and tools and knowledge you need to get started, and who will be there to support you throughout the internship.

You will also have the opportunity to spend time with our interns from across the business, sharing your knowledge, experience and social event.

The internship is paid and lasts appr. 5 months - the exact period will be agreed with your manager. And if both parties agree, it is possible to continue as student worker after the internship.
