Join our largest division
At our offices in Aarhus, you will join our Operations division as PA to the divisional director in an organisation. boasting close to 400 employees. - the largest division in BEUMER Denmark – across 5 different departments. As the operational heart of the business, we develop, engineer, and supply the all-important technical solutions that the rest of the business relies on.

In addition, the Operations Divisional Director is head of the Global Supply Chain Management team, which you will become an integral part of and assist in administrative, communicative, and strategic tasks with colleagues from across the global BEUMER Group.

Help drive strategic initiatives across Operations
As Divisional Director’s assistant, you will work closely with the Operations Management team, as you help ensure successful project and stakeholder management. Bridging corporate strategy with daily operations, you will work closely with technical managers and project stakeholders as you assist the director in defining and implementing strategic initiatives. Specifically, you:

·        Collect and analyze data, and deliver scenarios and recommendations

·        Independently drive projects initiated out of operations

·        Prepare business cases and presentations that form the basis for new projects

·        Represent the director in different meetings and tasks

·        Drive and follow up on monthly reporting

·        Participate in meetings, take minutes and follow up on initiatives

·        Provide general administrative support, e.g., proofreading, calendar coordination and travel booking
 

Proactive PA with technical insight and a strategic mindset
We are looking for razor-sharp strategic thinker who is not averse to hands-on operational work. With your stakeholder management skills and business acumen, you communicate confidently with everyone from the boardroom to the production floors. You bring the initiative and drive, and your relentless goal-orientation and taste for structure makes you a finisher through and through.

  • You hold a master's degree in Business Administration or a similar subject that has given you commercial and organisational understanding.
  • Preferably you have experience from a similar role
  • You have technical flair and can facilitate and drive cross-departmental projects with a diplomatic and goal-oriented approach.
  • You speak and write both English (and Danish fluently) and you are an eagle-eyed proof-reader. It is a plus if you can keep up a conversation in German, but by no means a requirement.
  • You know the ins and outs of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and you can collect and analyse data and transform it into a clear and compelling presentation.
