Then this is your chance to get hands-on experience with data obtained from our customers worldwide and to work with engineers to provide a wide range of data services including the development of machine learning models and visualization of data.

In Data Analytics we are tasked with collecting and curating data coming from our sortation solutions across the globe. We are focusing on obtaining data in real-time, and on providing various data services working on top on these data. We are already processing over 1.000.000.000 events per day in our real-time data pipeline. Your task could be:

• Develop machine learning models using data from our vast historical data pool
• Assist the data engineers in bringing new systems online into the real-time data pipeline
• Assist in the setup and operation of our tool stack using products such as Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Apache Flink, Microsoft datalake etc
• Building dashboards in Kibana targeted at a specific site or customer
• Experimenting with data analysis and visualization using Jupyter Notebooks

 
Gain valuable experience in an open, motivating and software specialist environment.
You will be part of the team on equal terms with the rest of your colleagues and as such be involved in the development process.

You will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will ensure you have the support and tools and knowledge you need to get started, and who will be there to support you throughout the internship.

You will also have the opportunity to spend time with our interns from across the business, sharing your knowledge, experience and social event.
