BEUMER Group offers an international and inter-cultural working environment with plenty of career opportunities. You will be a part of our Finance team located at Aarhus consisting of more than 20 highly experienced colleagues in their respective fields, e.g. accounting, project controlling and commercial matters. 

As our new project controller, you will be responsible for our Customer Support project portfolio, which varies largely in size, location and complexity. You will work closely together with Project Managers both locally and internationally supporting them for all financial matters. You will play an important role in the organization both locally and internationally with many stakeholders.

 The main tasks will be: 

  • Supporting Project Managers during the project execution with cost planning, forecasting and deviation analysing
  • Supporting Project Managers in the process of risk identification as well as mitigation
  • Supporting Project Managers regarding taxes, transfer pricing, bonds and guarantees
  • Ensuring a smooth month ending and reporting process
  • Carrying out project invoicing and monitoring receivables 
  • Leading/supporting project consolidation tasks together with other BEUMER Group Companies
  • Optimizing internal controlling process

Your qualifications
The most important in this position is, that you can manage a large project portfolio without losing overview at the same time keeping focus on the critical projects. Good collaboration and communication skills are also important for your success. You are comfortable with routine tasks. Last but not least it will be an advantage to be open-minded and team player in our network-structured organisation.

 The ideal candidate we are looking for:

  • Have an education background in finance or accounting fields
  • Have 5+ years experiences from a similar position in an international environment
  • Have solid experience with Excel and capable of handling large amount of data
  • Speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • Well organised and result-oriented 

We are currently in the process of implementing SAP globally at BEUMER Group. If you have previous experience with SAP, especially FICO module, it will be an advantage.
