BEUMER Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. located in Qingpu Shanghai and BEUMER Group Hong Kong Co., Ltd. located in HKSAR are two legal entities of BEUMER Group in China.

• Take responsible for the document preparation of process development, working instruction, assembly flow etc and make sure all of them match with design and customer requirement;
• Time management, optimization of throughput time for products, determination of standard time and continuously make improvement;
• Take responsible to properly identify items produce by BCH or by supplier, and maintain the master data in SAP system;
• Take responsible for technical clarification with Engineering department;
• Take responsible for localization products process set up and optimized;
• Take responsible for Facilitate Management Standardization and Process Standardization in Production System;
• Attend Plant layout optimization and standardization, conducts studies in operations to maximize space utilization, optimization of workstation and material delivery;
• Coach, mentor and train mechanical process in production department and other related departments;
• Continuous Improvement programs and new Project roll outs (Procedure updates, ISO initiatives, LEAN concepts);
• Working closely with the related department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees and achieve the company target;
• Support the Production management team to implement tasks in workshop;

• Bachelor's degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or related major;
•  About 5 years of working experience in mechanical engineer or process engineer;
• Familiar with 2D & 3D mechanical drawing;
• Familiar with machining accuracy levels, tolerance and matching systems;
• Familiar with mechanical processes for example laser, bending, painting etc;
• Familiar with lean manufacturing principle and tools;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Experience with SAP is beneficial;
• Good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
