Job Description

About the Role

You will own the product backlog and delivery roadmap for our Salesforce platform initiatives, partnering closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and other business teams to translate their needs into well-shaped user stories and working features. This is a hands-on Product Owner role — you will run discovery, prioritize the backlog, drive sprint outcomes, and stay accountable from requirement to UAT sign-off. BETSOL is a global IT services and product engineering company, and you will be the connective tissue between business stakeholders and the Salesforce engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops with Sales, Service, Marketing, and other departments to surface pain points and define Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring engineers understand business context and expected outcomes for every Salesforce feature.
  • Own and groom the product backlog — prioritize by business value, dependencies, and stakeholder input so the team always has a clear view of upcoming work.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews; clarify requirements in the moment, unblock the team, and lead demos to validate delivered functionality with stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, administrators, QA, and third-party vendors to keep delivery aligned and on track.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing — run UAT sessions with business users, triage feedback and defects, prioritize fixes, and secure sign-off before production releases.
  • Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business need to user story to delivered feature, and keep business leaders informed with regular progress, risk, and release updates.

Looking For

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud (CPQ), including standard objects, business processes, and configuration patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate discovery workshops, refinement sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews — and drive them to clear outcomes
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing a prioritized product backlog in a Scrum or Scaled Agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect process details to broader organizational strategy and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to flex level of detail to suit executives, end users, or engineers
  • Ability to initiate and nurture relationships at all levels, with a strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and high quality standards
  • Specify Certifications – None

Good to Have Skills

  • Working knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), and other enterprise CRM and contact-center platforms
  • Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ rollouts (quote-to-cash, pricing, approval flows)
  • Familiarity with integration touchpoints between Salesforce and surrounding enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, data platforms)
  • Exposure to Salesforce release management, sandbox strategy, and change-management processes
  • Specify certification – Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe POPM
