Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and administrators to architect robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security, using primarily Configuration and Customization where needed (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical designs.
  • Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, integrations, customizations, and third-party applications.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Approval processes and email Alerts.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Mulesoft, REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On, etc.
  • Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.
  • Define governance processes, standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce architecture and capabilities.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
  • Demo enhancements and features to business stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported because of faults in the production system.

 

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
    • 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, & Development experience with Experience Cloud & Service Cloud
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Architect or similar role, with expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
    • 5+ years of experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)
    • Experience developing robust test classes and ensuring code coverage within Salesforce.
    • Experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pack
    • Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration, and security considerations within Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, providing guidance on best practices and architectural design principles.
    • Experience developing robust test classes and ensuring code coverage within Salesforce.
    • Experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pack
