Experience - 12 to 15 years

Primary Skills required:

1. Experience in enterprise Data Center Networking (Routing + Switching & Firewall)
2. Good understanding on network technologies BGP, SNMP, HSRP / VRRP / GLBP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, ARP, Trunking, Port Channeling, IPsec / GRE , Wireshark
3. Experience with routing protocols specially EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
4. Experience with design and implementing SDN - Software Defined Network / SDDC - Software Defined Data Center environments, SDWAN ( Dell Versa)
5. Platform knowledge on Cisco/Dell /Palo Alto
6. Analyzing configurational requirements of devices and providing configuration possibilities
7. Knowledge on Virtualization fundamentals, VMware networking concepts is good to have
8. Ability to drive the network incident, outages, and deep diving to find the root cause and prevention plan
9. Understanding of ITIL processes
10. Perform change controls and update process documentations, skillset in Visio
11. Ability/flexibility for shift and weekend calls to support of 24x7 operation
12. Expertise in Dell Switching preferred, Extreme and Cisco switching expertise is also welcome
13. Dell Versa SDWAN expertise preferred
14. Must have sound understanding of AWS and Azure networking fundamentals, DirectConnect, ExpressRoute, MPLS
15. Must have sound understanding of Palo Alto Firewall environment, IPSec, GRE, ACLs
16. Good understanding of core Enterprise Datacenter management fundamentals : AAA, Config Backup, SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, CMDB
17. Familiarity with network scripting : Python ( Netmiko, Paramiko), Ansible, Terraform
18. Hands on familiarity with Windows Servers and Linux OS
19. Ability to lead 24x7 teams, roster management, leave management, KPI Analysis, Management readout preparations
20. Excellent troubleshooting skills, maturity to drive outages to conclusion and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with external stakeholders
