Company Description

At BESIX ambitious construction and engineering projects are part of everyday life. But people come first. That means investing in your well-being, helping you grow and giving you the space to shape your career in your own way.

As a leading Belgian multidisciplinary group, we bring together expertise in construction, real estate development and concessions. Since 1909, we have grown from a local construction company into an international group of approximately 10,000 employees, representing more than 80 nationalities in over 25 countries. Today, we remain proud of our local work, as well as our international projects, which take us across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australia.

We do not just invest in projects; we invest in people. Because our people's well-being and development are the foundation of everything we build together. However monumental a project may be, it ultimately still comes down to human decisions. Colleagues who tackle complexity together. Who notice the crucial details, stand shoulder to shoulder when it matters and always support one another. That is how complex projects truly succeed.
