Job Description
BESIX Watpac is seeking a Content and Communications Officer to create and deliver engaging internal and external communications that enhance brand reputation and employee engagement.
This role will be responsible for:
- Deliver corporate communications, including organisational reports, strategic initiatives, business updates and key stakeholder content.
- Draft compelling, high-quality award submissions aligned to organisational achievements, ensuring clarity, impact and adherence to submission criteria.
- Develop engaging content for digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Write case studies that showcase project successes, innovation, client outcomes and community impact.
- Support the planning, delivery and reporting of communication campaigns that promote key business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require:
- Experience in content creation, corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications or a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience developing corporate content including reports, organisational reviews, newsletters, case studies and strategic communications.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to gather information and influence outcomes across all levels of the organisation.
